The Park Headquarters is the coordinating and Administrative Secretariat of the National Park Service in Nigeria. It is located along Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Expressway, Abuja, about one kilometer from the City Gate, opposite the Eid Prayer Ground and adjacent to the National Military Cemetery. It occupies a land area of 11,665 hectares, lying approximately between 9.00N and 9.05N, and 7.25E and 7.30E.

The two-storeyed building complex houses the office of the Conservator-General/Chief Executive of the National Park Service, and four Departments, viz: Park Engineering, Finance & Administration, Park Protection, Conservation and Wildlife Managment, and Ecology Management and Tourism. There are also two specialized units in operation in the complex; Management Information and the Internal Audit.

The Global Environment Facility (GEF) which is coordinating the activities and programmes being funded by the World Bank in areas of biodiversity conservation, Park Protection and Management in partnership with the Park Service, is also located here.

There are two large halls on the ground floor of the office complex; a reception Desk and a Souvenir shop in between. The halls serve as Natural History Museum. The Museum exhibits a wide range of wildlife specimens, artifacts and historical/scientific documents on the various National Parks in the country. Its interior is decorated and blended with local materials to depict the role of environmental resources in everyday life.
